The 4628B is designed for electronic keyboards and SR that require a wide range of musical expression.
The low range is equipped with E145 which is a 38 cm cone type woofer.
This unit features a large 10.3 kg magnetic circuit and a strong die-cast frame, enabling powerful deep bass playback.
The mid-range features a newly designed 20 cm cone mid-range / woofer unit, the 2118H.
The linearity of the 2118H has been improved by adopting an SFG magnetic circuit and a new type of suspension.
A horn type tweeter 2404H using a bi-radial horn is mounted in the high range.
It is equipped with a continuously variable level control for high frequencies.
The enclosure is made of 19mm-thick rigid multi-layer plywood with a polyurethane coating on the entire surface to ensure high strength. In addition, it is equipped with a corner guard that is useful when using the stack and a handle for transportation.
The input terminal uses an M6 phone jack.
In addition, a changeover switch for bi-amplifier drive is mounted.
