Commentary

This speaker system is a bookshelf type middle-size monitor down-sized from JBL's studio monitor 4344 MKII.

A 30 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
A paper cone is used for the diaphragm, an aluminum die cast frame is used for the frame, and a powerful low distortion magnetic circuit is used for the magnetic circuit.

It has a 16 cm cone mid-range in the middle and low range.
Paper cone is used for diaphragm, double half roll Cross Edge is used for edge, and aluminum die-cast frame is used for frame.

A horn type mid-high is installed in the middle and high area.
The driver unit uses a 25 mm pure titanium diaphragm and combines an aluminum die-cast exponential horn with an acoustic lens that expands the pointing area.

A 2.5 cm ring-type tweeter is installed in the high range.
Pure titanium diaphragm is used for the diaphragm, and high frequency band is radiated from inner / outer horn gap with high density and energy.

The network section is equipped with a separate network, which consists of separate circuit boards for the low and middle and low frequencies.
The circuit has a low-loss configuration using a bypass capacitor, and the crossover between units is optimized to realize a smooth energy response from low to high frequencies.

A continuously variable attenuator volume are equipped with a continuously variable attenuator volume that can adjust the output sound pressure level independently for each band according to the acoustic environment.

The enclosure uses a bass-reflex system with twin ports.
25 mm thick heavy class MDF material is used for the plate material. For the woofer unit with large cone amplitude, aluminum die-cast clamper is used for 5 point screw tightening, and it is firmly mounted on the baffle surface.

The input terminal is divided into two types, one for the low frequency range and the other for the middle and low frequency range or higher.
Gold plated speaker terminals are used for connection, bi-wiring connection and passive bi-amplifier drive in addition to normal connection connected by gold plated bus bar.
