Commentary

This speaker system is the successor to the 4312M.

A 13.3 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit inherits the design method of JBL monitor speakers and adopts an aluminum die-cast frame structure and a pure pulp white cone diaphragm.
In addition, by strengthening the magnetic circuit, the energy sense in the low frequency range is improved, and the drive system is tuned by changing the damper shape and voice coil winding width. Together with the review of the enclosure design, excellent low frequency response from 55 Hz is realized.

The mid-range is equipped with 5 cm cone type mid-range.
Pure pulp cone is used for the diaphragm. By enlarging the center cap and changing the dome shape, the sound connection with the tweeter is made smooth and the directional characteristic is improved.
A strong magnetic circuit of 1 class or higher is adopted for the magnetic circuit.

A 1.9 cm hard-domed tweeter is installed in the high range.
A tempered ドピュア titanium diaphragm is used for the diaphragm. The hardness of the diaphragm is increased by high-temperature quenching with nitrogen gas. This extends the response in the ultra-high frequency range to 50 kHz.

Equipped with a 3-point attenuator switch that can adjust the output level of the mid and high range.

1st order (- 6 db / order (-6dB/oct.) network to ensure smooth connection between units.
We have also improved low-frequency energy by adopting a large low-loss coil and increasing the wire diameter of the internal wiring material.

The enclosure uses a bass reflex system.
In the 4312 mii, low-frequency characteristics are improved by expanding the diameter of the bass reflex duct and increasing the capacity of the cabinet.
In addition, the rigidity is increased by adding is increased and unnecessary box noise is eliminated.

The exterior finish comes in two color variations, walnut and black.
