FE-163
Commentary

A 16 cm full-range speaker unit designed with the goal of being easily incorporated into real life and having satisfactory quality.

The edge uses a free edge method in which cloth is impregnated with a special chemical agent and molded into a roll shape.
バリゥム ferrite magnets are used for the magnetic circuits.

In addition to the normal 8/16 Ω model, there was a 200 Ω model and a model with a stronger magnetic circuit (FE-163 Σ).

The FE-163 specifications listed in the catalog were different around 1965 and around 1972.
Also, there was a model change around 1976, and it was described as FE163New (FE163N) in the catalog.
