A-25XS
Commentary

A 2-way speaker system using the dumped bass reflex method.

A 25 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit has a relatively small amplitude and is designed with an extremely light vibration system. In addition, the use of laminated cone paper, polyurethane use of laminated cone paper, polyurethane rubber type edge, in-line 4-layer winding voice coil, etc.

A 2.7 cm soft dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.

The dumped bass reflex type enclosure has the advantages of both completely enclosed type and Vasle-type.
It has been pointed out that the conventional sealed system is in an overbraking state due to the elasticity of the air inside the enclosure, resulting in a low-frequency sound but a poor start-up, and a low-frequency sound with no clear reproduction power. In addition, the bass reflex system has a problem that the resonance and resonance of the opening tend to appear as the so-called bass reflex sound.
The dumped bass reflex method used in the A-25XS achieves excellent sound effects by filling the baffle opening with special glass fiber. The inner wall of the enclosure is covered with two layers of glass fiber and rock wool with different sound absorption coefficients to reduce internal reflection.

Equipped with level control, fine adjustment is possible with 5-stage changeover switch.
