Commentary

FM/AM tuner with 30-station preset function and remote control.

The FM tuner section is equipped with a low impedance output circuit of 500 Ω or less so that a clear signal can be sent to any amplifier.
In addition, the PLL comparison frequency is set to 100 kHz out of the audible band to eliminate beat and noise in the audio band. In addition, the front end is designed with high sensitivity using 3-series varactor diodes and j-FET, and the IF stage is equipped with a ceramic filter with constant amplitude and constant delay characteristics.

It is equipped with an RF attenuator that prevents interference from neighboring stations and maintains stable reception.

The AM tuner uses two 3-terminal high-sensitivity ceramic filters and an LC-type filter in the IF stage to reduce distortion. In addition, a low-impedance indoor loop antenna, which is resistant to pulse noise, is attached to the short-range station reception, enabling clear reception.

Equipped with a 30-station preset function, you can perform operations such as preset channel scanning and preset up/down using the included remote control.
The ON state of the RF attenuator can also be stored in memory.

There were black model TU-380R and gold model TU-380RG with side wood.
