Commentary
A speaker system that employs a tweeter using the P. P. D. D. system and a Nastron vibrating plate.
The Woofer uses DENON's proprietary Push-Pull Dual Driver (P. P. D. D.) technology. Two driver units with diaphragm edges installed in opposite directions cancel each other's harmonic distortion and improve low-frequency playback quality.
The Super Tweeter uses a unit that employs a Nastron diaphragm, and achieves high-bandwidth playback up to 120 kHz.
The enclosure has a natural wood veneer finish and a glossy paint finish.
In addition, a curved curve has been adopted to reduce standing waves that make sound quality muddy.
In order to increase the sweet spot of multi-channel playback, a crossover network is adopted to realize uniform directional characteristics over a wide area.
It is bi-wired and uses a brass machined gold plated terminal that supports banana plugs.
