Commentary

This speaker system was developed with the theme of reproducing music sources of the CD age with high fidelity.

A 32 cm cone type unit is used for the low range.
The diaphragm is composed of a magnetic circuit of ferrite magnet 145 mm in diameter and 18 mm in thickness. The rigidity of the diaphragm is improved by fusing ultra-lightweight carbon paper to the back of cross carbon.
In addition, aluminum die-cast frame is used for the frame to provide firm support.

A 12 cm cone type unit with a cross carbon diaphragm is adopted for the middle area.
In addition, it uses resin-blended edge to eliminate unnecessary radiation from the edge, uses high-heat-resistant copper-clad aluminum wire (CCAW) for the voice coil, and uses an aluminum coil bobbin to provide weight reduction and high input resistance. At the same time, excellent transient response and linearity are obtained by the damper with vent holes.
In addition, a clear mid-range is reproduced by eliminating standing waves with a highly airtight back cavity with no parallel surface and eliminating the effect of high back pressure from the woofer.

A 2.5 cm hard dome unit is used for the high-frequency band.
New α - boron is used as the diaphragm material. Boron compound and titanium oxide are deposited by plasma jet method on the surface of hard duralumin foil.
The propagation speed of sound is higher than that of conventional α - boron, and an appropriate internal loss characteristic of the original manufacturing method is obtained.
In addition, the R. M. M. structure is adopted for the installation method of this tweeter unit.
This method uses a mounting method in which a tweeter is embedded in a thick baffle board to reduce displacement and vibration of the magnetic circuit and frame caused by the reaction when driving the diaphragm.

In the network, the circuit board is divided into a low-band circuit board and a mid-band circuit board and a high-band circuit board to reduce the distortion caused by interference between both coils.
The capacitor is also for audio only with reduced electrode vibration.

The enclosure uses baffle plates made of 30 mm thick, high-density conifer hard particle board, and has a bass-reflex structure with ports on the back.
This enclosure employs a D.A. S. (Dynamic Acoustic Scatter) structure. Porous ceramics are firmly attached to the top plate, side plate, and back plate to suppress plate resonance in the enclosure. In addition, the generation of standing waves is prevented by eliminating the upper and lower parallel surfaces with porous ceramics.
In addition, a round baffle with a radius of 30 mm is employed to suppress diffraction phenomena.
