Commentary

A speaker system that uses the Push-Pull Dual Driver (P. P. D. D.) method to achieve low-frequency playback that exceeds the size of the speaker system.

The SC-E717 uses P. P. D. D. Serial to improve low-frequency playback.
In this method, two speakers arranged back-to-back amplify in the direction that cancels out each other's non-linearity, thereby reducing the harmonic distortion that occurs when the speakers are driven. In addition, since the speakers are arranged back-to-back, the magnetic flux leakage can be surely shielded and the magnetic shielding effect is high.
In addition, by optimizing the design of the speaker cabinet, peaks and dips in sound pressure frequency characteristics due to phase interference of the speakers are prevented.

Two 12 cm cone woofers are installed in the lower range. This unit uses rubber edge, coating cone, non-conductive bobbin and non-magnetic frame to suppress excessive squeal.
In addition, a 2.5 cm soft dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.

OFC internal wiring materials and high-sound condenser are used for the network.

There are two types of enclosure finishes : a glossy black paint finish and a wood grain finish.
Equipped with a 120 mm pitch nut that can be attached to commercially available wall hanging fittings.

It uses a large speaker terminal that is compatible with φ 6 mm thick cords.
It is gold-plated and can be connected with a banana plug or by wiring.
