Commentary

DVD player equipped with 24bit/96kHzD/A converter.

The digital audio output is compatible with Dolby Digital and DTS bit stream output, and surround playback is possible by connecting to various decoders and amplifiers with built-in decoders.

The D/A converter is equipped with the latest 24bit/96kHz audio D/A converter.
In order to support 24-bit audio with 96 kHz sampling, the shaping noise of the multi-level delta-sigma D/A converter remains flat to 44 kHz to avoid interference with the audio signal.

Parts such as high-quality electrolytic capacitors and high-sound film capacitors used in DVD 5000 and other products are used in audio circuits and power supplies for audio circuits.
In addition, by mounting it on a printed circuit board with a coating for sound quality, we have achieved clearer sound quality.

The video section is equipped with a high-precision video decoder and a 10-bit / 27-MHz high-speed, high-precision video D/A converter.

Equipped with a GUI function, you can display the operation status, each setting and information of the disc being played on the TV screen.

It is equipped with an image quality mode switching function by digital processing.
There are four types of image quality : normal, soft, fine, and cinema. In the Cinema Image Quality Position, we reduce the glare characteristic of direct-viewing displays to achieve colors close to the atmosphere of a movie theater. We also improve the reproduction of details in dark areas and reduce noise on the screen.
User Image Quality Settings allow the player to adjust the contrast, color, sharpness, and brightness of the image to be played using the GUI screen.
The Monitor Selector function allows you to set the type of monitor for a standard (cathode-ray tube TV), 3-tube projector, LCD projector, or projection TV, and automatically reproduces the best image quality for each monitor.

Equipped with the Cinema Voice Mode, only the voice level of the dialogue can be raised to make it easier to listen to the dialogue in the video software.

Equipped with a virtual surround sound function, when playing Dolby Digital (5.1 ch) DVD software, you can obtain a surround sound effect as if the sound is coming from the side without a speaker even if only the front 2 ch speaker is used.

Fast forward and fast rewind can be performed in 5 steps from 2 times to 100 times respectively. Also, 2 x fast forward playback is possible while listening to audio (ON/OFF can be set).

Built-in functions include resume playback, slow playback (five levels each for forward and reverse), repeat playback, repeat playback between A and B, random playback (only for VCD and CD-DA), and program playback of up to 18 songs (only for VCD and CD-DA).

Equipped with an auto power off function that automatically turns off the power if no operation is performed for more than 30 minutes.

It uses a power supply circuit that realizes cleaner sound quality by suppressing ripple components.

Equipped with component output terminals, Y signal, Cb signal and Cr signal recorded on DVD can be D/A converted and output directly.

Wireless remote control is included.
