Commentary

This is a compact design CD receiver from the Rapicia series that inherits the concept of DENON component.

An analog power amplifier with high power and low distortion output is used for the amplifier section.
The circuit configuration is a discrete configuration combining carefully selected high-quality parts.

The power supply section of the power amplifier uses a large power transformer and an audio condenser to provide a stable power supply.

The D/A converter uses Texas Instruments' Bar-Brown brand D/A converter.
In addition, capacitors with proven sound quality are used.

The external appearance follows the design of the Rapicia series. Aluminum front panel is used for the front panel, and aluminum cap is used for the volume knob and power button.

It is possible to play MP3 or WMA audio file discs burned on CD-R or CD-RW.

Equipped with tone control and SDB (Super Dynamic Bus) circuit.

It has a source direct function.

When you play a CD, you can play a program of up to 25 songs, repeat playback of one or all songs, and random playback.

The FM tuner is wideband capable and can receive 1 to 3 channels of terrestrial analog TV broadcasting.
It also has an FM auto-preset memory, which automatically stores the receivable broadcasting stations.

Equipped with a timer function, you can set a timer for every day, once, and sleep (in units of 10 minutes, up to 60 minutes).

The system can be connected to the M33 series such as the MD-recorder (DMD-M33) or cassette deck (DRR-M33).
System operation such as auto power on, auto function, timer playback, timer recording, etc. is possible by system connection.

Equipped with an optical digital output terminal.

It has a monaural output terminal for a subwoofer.

Low standby power consumption has been achieved.

System remote control is included.
This remote control can control not only the RCD-M33, but also the DMD-M33 and DRR-M33.
The optional ASD-1R control dock for iPod can be connected using the system connector terminal.
The remote control of RCD-M33 enables the basic operation of iPod.
