This speaker system is equivalent to the prestige model of Celestion developed with the aim of the ultimate compact speaker.

A 16 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The vibration plate and center cap are integrally molded to increase the strength of the center part of the drive to avoid the sound collapse caused by the bell phenomenon and to reduce distortion.

A 3-cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm is made of aluminum, which is lightweight and has low resonance. In addition to reducing the weight, the diaphragm and voice coil bobbin are integrally molded to transmit the vibration of the voice coil to the diaphragm without loss, improving the response performance.

Low-loss polypropylene film capacitors and silver-plated oxygen-free copper choke coils are used in the network section to improve phase characteristics.
In addition, the woofer side and the tweeter side of the connection terminal are separated to enable bi-wiring connection and bi-amplifier drive.

The units are mounted by securing the tweeter to the aluminum front panel of the mental structure and the woofer to the baffle of the Alpha Crystal Enclosure to reduce noise pollution caused by vibration of one unit to another.

The enclosure uses a new material, alpha crystal.
This material is a mixture of mineral and high-density inert material such as polymer. The density is approximately 2.5 times higher than that of MDF. It has high internal loss and extremely low resonance. Moreover, it has flexibility in shape.
By using alpha crystal with a unique molding method, a strong one piece structure is realized and the generation of standing wave inside is suppressed. In addition, the shape of the outside is narrowed backward by drawing a gentle curve to avoid the adverse effect of sound wave diffraction.

Comes with a dedicated speaker stand.
The stand uses the same alpha crystal as the enclosure, has three points of contact with the speaker body and the floor, and comes with a special spike for a sharper sense of orientation.
It is also designed to allow the speaker cable to pass through the inside of the pole.
