Commentary

CD transport developed as an improved version of TL-2.

A strong floating mechanism is adopted in which the drive motor is also floating.
In the past, the drive part was fixed to the base chassis of the case, but it was changed to an independent system in which the drive part floats through a rubber cushion, and vibration and servo noise generated by the drive motor itself, as well as micro vibration transmitted to the base chassis and the floor are shut out.
At the same time, the mechanism chassis has been replaced with a flexible rubber cushion instead of a floating double structure suspension. This improves the shielding effect against small vibrations and servo noise caused by internal and external sources.

For the large stabilizer, we have newly adopted resin-based Corean material, which has the property of damping vibration and excellent wheel performance. For the turntable, we have newly installed a non-slip sheet that accurately transmits the rotation of the spindle to the disk. Together with the damping property of the stabilizer, we have reduced the signal reading jitter value.

A high-precision master clock oscillation circuit is newly installed.
This circuit is mounted on the board of the digital output circuit. The signal sent from the servo circuit is synchronized with the master clock and oscillated by high-speed memory. This eliminates the jitter component caused by external interference such as the servo circuit.

The exterior uses 6 mm thick highly rigid aluminum material to absorb sound pressure of the speaker and vibration from the outside.

Wireless remote control is included.
