Commentary
This CD player was developed by gathering the originality and ingenuity of CEC.
In place of the conventional operational amplifier, it is equipped with CEC's own LEF amplifier. By eliminating the need for NFB loop, we have succeeded in processing the signal in one stage. In addition, the circuit operation is pure A-class operation to suppress signal degradation.
In addition, low-distortion information transmission has been realized by fully balancing the signal processing circuit.
The D/A converter uses a Bar-Brown PCM1738D/A converter for 24bit/192kHz.
The PCM1738 uses the advanced segment method, which is a combination of the multi-bit method and the delta-sigma method, and has excellent dynamic range characteristics.
In addition, by improving clock jitter tolerance, we are pursuing sound quality without the so-called digital smell.
By separating the power supply for the mechanism part and the D/A conversion part, stability is improved and mutual interference is eliminated.
AES/EBU (XLR) EBU (XLR) is also installed.
It also has both unbalanced and balanced analog outputs, making it possible to connect a wide range of digital devices.
It is equipped with a headphone amplifier that adopts a circuit configuration unique to CEC.
The power cable is detachable.
Wireless remote control is included.
