Commentary
Active subwoofer designed for the CDM/DM series.
The speaker unit is equipped with 25 cm cone woofer.
The amplifier section is a discrete configuration, and the final stage is a high-speed amplifier using a power MOS FET.
B & W's unique flow port is used for the bass reflex port.
The port has many small indentations in its opening that act like the surface of a golf ball to reduce air noise.
The exterior is finished with black ash.
