Commentary
An adres-capable cassette deck equipped with MQSS mechanism.
Equipped with MQSS mechanism that can be used for head-tracking.
When you want to listen to the next song during playback, this function detects the unrecorded portion before the next song and stops if you fast-forward with it turned ON. It automatically returns to the regenerating condition. When you want to listen to the next song, you repeat it. This function can also be used when rewinding.
This switch also turns ON the MPX filter to prevent malfunction during air check.
A 2-motor IC logic new simple mechanism is used for the mechanism part.
In this mechanism, the capstan and reel stand are driven by independent motors to simplify the mechanism. In particular, the motor for the reel stand improves torque unevenness by minimizing cocking. In addition, the rotational control capability is improved by adopting a swing head gear drive mechanism.
In addition, the accuracy of the rotating system is improved by installing the main rotating shaft on the same chassis. In addition, by setting independent back tension for both constant speed and high-speed operation, slack of the tape is prevented and stability is improved. This back tension is also used for braking, and smooth stop is possible. By stabilizing the operation, the original signal is modulated by tape vibration and mechanical vibration, and the modulation noise which causes the sound to become muddy is suppressed.
The Super AP (High-B Hard Permalloy) head permalloy) head with a high maximum magnetic flux density and a wide magnetic saturation level. Since this head uses a hyperbolic shape, it has excellent head touch, low level fluctuation and low distortion. In addition, abrasion resistance is improved.
The erase head uses a 2-gap AF (Aurex ferrite) head with high erase efficiency.
As a noise reduction system, it is equipped with an adres unique to Aurex.
As for adres, we have achieved high sound quality by greatly reducing hissing, which was a major drawback of cassette, and expanding dynamic range at the same time, and avoiding bleeding noise and distortion.
You can also play back adres records.
Dolby NR is also installed as a noise reduction system.
It is equipped with a vertical peak program meter with 12 segments left and right and attack time of 10 msec.
Sound quality is improved by ± 2 power supply circuit and all constant voltage circuit.
Equipped with Rec Mute function.
It uses a one touch recording method, and recording can be started only with the REC switch.
Timer standby mechanism is adopted.
It has a headphone port.
The microphone terminal is mounted on the back.
It is compatible with the optional remote controller.
