Commentary

This 3-way speaker system combines the unit used in the AR-3a with a specially designed woofer.

A 25 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The cone paper of this unit is formed by a low vacuum process, and the sound quality of the cone material itself, which was used for conventional paper and polystyrene, is reduced. In addition, a polyurethane-based material is used for the edge to reduce amplitude distortion in the low range.

Equipped with a 3.8 cm dome mid-range in the mid-range and a 2 cm dome tweeter in the high-range.

Level control is provided for the middle and high frequencies.

The enclosure uses an acoustic suspension system and has a walnut oil finish on the exterior.
