This is a speaker system designed to improve the compact speaker by adopting Akai's original 3 dr (Three Dimensional Radiation) system.

The 3 dr system is designed to reproduce a three dimensional sound field by superimposing sound waves reflected from the back wall with direct sound waves from the front unit. The rear baffle is equipped with a mid-range unit and a passive radiator as well as the front baffle.
The passive radiator on the back is equipped with a base image controller with a fan-shaped opening, and the opening area can be adjusted to control the appropriate low range.
In order to take advantage of the structure of the 3 dr system, we recommend that it be installed 10 to 50 cm away from the rear wall.

The front baffle is equipped with a 16 cm cone type woofer for the low range and a 2.5 cm soft dome type tweeter for the high range. The rear baffle is equipped with a 16 cm passive radiator (Dron cone speaker) for the low range and a 3.0 cm soft dome type mid-range for the middle and high range.

Parts such as metallized film capacitors and air-core coils are used in the network to improve the quality.

The enclosure has a black piano finish and is designed with a 5 mm extruded aluminum panel mounted.
In addition, four corners are rounded to prevent diffraction phenomenon.
