Cassette deck with GX head mounted.

GX head is used for recording and re-head.
The GX head is made of single-crystal ferrite with excellent durability and high permeability, and is wrapped in super hard glass with high abrasion resistance. This eliminates the influence of dust and dust as well as iron oxides such as magnetic tape.

Equipped with A.D. R System, an original automatic distortion reduction device.
In music such as jazz and rock music, there is an increase in the high-frequency band, in particular, which causes extreme fluctuations or sudden fluctuations. However, this high-frequency band does not appear as a level on the VU meter during recording, and causes distortion and loss. This tendency is strong in cassette tapes with a narrow dynamic range. Not only the high-frequency signal is demagnetized, but also the low-frequency signal is affected by the beat signal generated by this. This phenomenon cannot be avoided with conventional recording amplifiers because the high-frequency band is compensated for regardless of the level.
In the A. D. R system, the recording equalizer changes according to the level of the input signal for each frequency of the high-frequency range signal, and records according to the dynamic range of the tape. This makes it possible to always record in the high-frequency range with good linearity. There is no decrease in the recorded signal due to distortion and demagnetization, and sound released from distortion and beat due to the degradation of the frequency characteristic at the high-level.

An O. L. S (Over-Level Suppressor circuit is mounted.
With conventional cassette tapes, the coating layer is thin and the saturation point is low. Therefore, it is difficult to set the recording level high because the distortion increases in response to excessive input. The O. L. S circuit responds to these weak points by simply switching a switch so that the sound is not distorted even when the level is exceeded or when an excessive input is momentarily entered, and the distortion rate is minimized.

A direct function change operation mechanism has been adopted so that operations such as recording, playback, fast forward, rewind and stop can be performed with one touch, and it is not necessary to press the stop button every time the mode is changed.

Equipped with a tape selector switch.
It is compatible with chrome tape and low-noise tape, so you can change the frequency compensation amount to bring out the performance of the tape.

Equipped with an automatic stop mechanism.
