Commentary
This model is equipped with an FM/AM tuner on a cassette deck with an GX head.
The head is a GX head with single-crystal ferrite as the core material and glass as the support.
The high-density recording characteristic of this head is made possible by the focus field recording method using high hardness material and magnetic attraction body.
The built-in FM/AM tuner allows direct recording to cassette tapes with one touch operation.
In order to maximize the performance of the chrome tape, it is equipped with a chrome tape selector switch.
The O. L. S circuit is built in so that the sound will not be distorted even when the recording level is exceeded or when a large input is input instantaneously.
The motor uses a hysteresis synchronous outer rotor motor developed especially for cassettes.
This type of motor with less uneven rotation has strong starting torque and excellent durability characteristics.
The combination of large flywheels and thick capstan shafts reduces wow flutter and ensures stable tape travel.
Built-in silicon transistor amplifier with low noise and low distortion rate.
Equipped with a loudspeaker device that can magnify the sound from the microphone.
It can be used for a wide range of applications with a simple operation just by connecting a microphone and speaker and setting it to recording mode.
A FET and high-sensitivity ceramic filter are used for the front end of the tuner section.
In addition, with the adoption of a 3-train frequency linear type varicon, the dial scale is equally spaced so that it is easy to select the channel and sensitivity and image ratio are improved.
For the IF circuit, a ceramic filter and three ICs are used for the IF (intermediate frequency) circuit to improve the selectivity characteristics, limiter characteristics and capture ratio.
In addition, by using IC for FM multi-circuit, excellent separation and interference rejection capability are realized.
The AM tuner section has a built-in double varicon to enable reception with less beat interference and interference interference.
In addition, the selectivity is improved by using IC and ceramic filter.
