Commentary

Double reverse deck with PC-OCC winding amorphous head.

An amorphous head with PC-OCC winding is used for the head.
This head is made of amorphous material with high magnetic flux density, and PC-OCC is used for coil winding to improve sound quality.

As a noise reduction system, dbx is installed in addition to Dolby B and C types.

Equipped with Dolby HX Pro, which improves the dynamic range and frequency characteristics of the high-frequency range.
To prevent over-biasing of the high-frequency component that acts as a bias current during recording, the Dolby HX Pro adjusts the bias amount according to the high-frequency signal.
The Dolby HX Pro works only during recording, so it also works well when played on an unequipped deck.

Both decks 1 and 2 use a quick reverse mechanism with a sound cut off time of 0.3 seconds.

It is equipped with a bias fine adjustment mechanism in order to bring out the performance of the tape, and the bias value which changes for each tape can be adjusted to be optimum.
