Commentary

The reverse deck adopts A, M, T, S and PC-OCC winding amorphous head by inheriting the technology of the advanced machine.

Equipped with an AMTS (Amti Modulation Tape Stabilizer) to reduce vibration of the cassette half.
In the AMTS, the cassette box is made of a two layer structure consisting of a non-magnetic aluminum plate and a non-resilient special rubber that has been thoroughly examined in terms of sound quality. The half body of the cassette box is accurately and securely clamped at a pressure of approximately 1 kg, greatly reducing modulation noise and tape running noise.

Equipped with opto-quick reverse by optical sensor.
This mechanism uses a contact-free structure that detects the leader tape with an optical sensor, and realizes a quick reverse of 0.3 seconds without imposing extra burden on the tape and mechanism.

PC-OCC amorphous head is used for the head.
An amorphous head with excellent saturation magnetic flux density, permeability, and abrasion resistance is used for the head material, and PC-OCC with purity of 99.997% and oxygen content of 5 ppm or less is used for the head winding, which improves sound transparency, localization, and separation.

In order to realize an excellent mechanism, high-precision processing is applied to the large flywheel made of zinc die cast.
In addition, the use of a high-precision flat belt and a frequency-distributed capstan, both of which have excellent stability and aging characteristics, has enabled the tape to run stably.

It is equipped with bias calibration function to draw out the performance of the tape.

The mechanical logic display system and the audio system are equipped with independent power supply circuits to eliminate adverse effects from the logic circuit.
The amplifier uses a dual operational amplifier with low noise, low distortion, high voltage resistance, and high slew rate, and is driven by ± 2 power supply to improve sound quality.

Equipped with a discrete configuration Dolby HX Pro that works during recording.
The Dolby HX Pro improves the high-frequency dynamic range by optimally controlling the bias amount according to the amount of the high-frequency signal.

Equipped with a 2-color FL level meter with peak hold that can hold the maximum peak value for 1.2 seconds.

Auto Rewind Play allows you to automatically play a tape from your head while it is playing.

It is equipped with a memory stop function that automatically stops the music you want to listen to after starting it, and a counter memory function that enables you to play Oatley after starting it.

It is equipped with the following tune mute function.
When adding to the tape being played or editing the tape, if you press the switch after listening to the required part, a 4-second blank is automatically set and the recording standby mode is activated.

Equipped with MPX filter with bypass position at OFF.

Equipped with a gold plated headphone port with volume.

It is equipped with a recording / re-switching circuit by relay, and acoustic distortion is reduced.

Equipped with a quick review / queue function.
