Commentary
Stereo cassette deck equipped with remote control.
In place of the conventional VU meter, an optical display with a linear blinking LED is adopted.
The 20-point LEDs are color-coded for dB, with -20dB to -1dB green, 0 dB to 3 dB yellow, and 4 dB to 7 dB red for easy reading at a distance.
In addition, the optical display can simultaneously read the VU and the peak. In this case, the peak is displayed in the upper part and the VU is displayed in the lower part. Either the L or R of the VU and the peak is displayed respectively. In addition, the peak and the VU can be switched.
It is equipped with a remote control mechanism, and by connecting the attached remote control unit, you can control the REC mute and pause from a remote location.
Uses Sendust guard head for the head.
A tough and soft mechanism is adopted for the mechanism to improve reliability of tape drive and running performance.
A 38-pulse FG servo motor is used for the motor, and precision processed stainless steel is used for main parts such as capstan, pinch roller support, idler lever, drive lever shaft, etc.
