Commentary
This is a cassette deck equipped with an auto tape tuning system and computer brain.
Equipped with a computer module that fully automates tape adjustment.
The Computer Brain automatically selects the tape type, adjusts the bias, adjusts the sensitivity, and adjusts the two stages of the mid-range and high-range equalizer. Each of the 128 expandability steps adjusts the L and R channels separately and finds the optimum adjustment point among the 540 million.
The OK lamp blinks when the high-frequency equalizer adjustment does not reach the specified level. If the mid-frequency equalizer adjustment does not reach the specified level, the adjustment is repeated twice. If the mid-frequency equalizer adjustment does not reach the specified level, the ERROR lamp is displayed.
Equipped with a memory mechanism that can record up to 4 types of adjustment data. This mechanism does not require a backup power source such as a battery by adopting a non-volatile memory IC.
The head uses a 3-head system with a CVC Sendust head. The playhead is V-cut to reduce the contour effect.
The mechanism uses dual motor drive with FG servo motor and DC motor.
Click touch operation by IC logic control is adopted.
Manual bias fine adjustment is possible.
Equipped with double Dolby system capable of MPX filter ON/OFF.
Equipped with auto repeat and memory repeat mechanism.
Equipped with remote control terminal and player sync terminal.
