Commentary
This turntable was developed for professional use in broadcasting stations, halls and coffee shops.
A hysteresis synchronous motor designed for professionals is used, and the turntable and drive mechanism are precision machined, carefully assembled and adjusted.
The turntable part is made of light alloy so that it does not adversely affect the magnetic cartridge.
In addition, the turntable shaft is polished and honed after quenching, and smooth rotation is obtained by combination with phosphor bronze bearing.
A special rim drive system (Patent No. 215774) allows easy speed switching with a lever, preventing shock especially at the time of switching.
In addition, the lever and power switch are linked to prevent deformation of the idler rubber.
