YAMAHA DSP-580

Commentary

Based on the AVX 780 DSP, this is a CINEDSP processor amplifier with independent processor and 3 ch effect amplifier.

All three channels are equipped with discrete power amplifiers for the center channel and effect channel.
A 5-channel master volume is installed so that once you set the volume balance of each channel, you can always adjust the volume with the same balance.

The pre-main amplifier is connected to the Rec/PB terminal of the tape deck so that it can be connected to the tape terminal which does not go through the DSP 580 during normal stereo playback.
It also supports dual center speakers and has a super-woofer output.

The CINE-DSP is equipped with an ultra-high integration LSI developed by Yamaha.
By adopting this chip, the volume of the processor section can be greatly reduced, and by utilizing most of the internal space of the amplifier for the power section, higher quality is achieved.

As a CINE-DSP program, 16 programs which are exactly the same as the AVX 780 DSP are installed.

Equipped with test tone and 3D superimpose for easy adjustment of volume balance.

Equipped with auto input balance, memory guard and dimmer switch that can adjust the display brightness.

It comes with a full mode remote control that can perform all operations at the viewing position.
