Commentary
A thin speaker system using a honeycomb flat unit.
The unit has a coaxial honeycomb planar speaker with a 32 cm passive radiator.
This unit has a coaxial two way structure that incorporates a tweeter into the voice coil of the woofer, and a mechanical three way structure that is equipped with a ring-shaped passive radiator around the woofer.
The woofer employs an axisymmetric honeycomb planar vibration plate unique to Technics. It is driven by a large diameter voice coil of φ 120. The voice coil bobbin is highly heat-resistant high temperatures of 300 ℃. It is combined with a voice coil of SV specification with excellent heat resistance to achieve high input resistance.
The tweeter uses a honeycomb planar vibrating plate made of mica skin material.
A thermal relay protection circuit is installed in the network section, and an attenuator is installed for high frequency.
The cabinet uses a particle board.
Comes with reversible color cord, desk stand and wall mounting bracket.
