A high-end player system equipped with an MC head amplifier and an equalizer amplifier based on the integrated concept of installing an equalizer amplifier in a record player.
The motor is a specially developed linear slotless motor with six times or more torque than conventional motors.
The linear slotless motor realizes quiet and smooth rotation by removing the slot that causes torque unevenness (cogging). The linear drive system achieves more stable rotational accuracy. In addition, the flat structure and large magnet ring realizes a strong starting torque of 7kg-cm.
5 mm thick cast iron is used for the motor housing, and the rotation system is supported by the strong structure.
A crystal lock is used to lock the phase of the servo circuit with a crystal oscillator, and a magnesium disk rotation detection system is used for the rotation detection part.
In the magnet-disk rotational speed detection method, a speed detection signal is magnetized over a wide range on the outer circumference of the turntable, and an average value of this signal is detected by an 8-tooth multi-gap head. This realizes highly accurate and stable rotation.
A large heavy duty turntable with a diameter of 38 cm is adopted.
Because the turntable has an inertial mass and weight that are approximately three times larger than conventional models, the rotational speed error caused by needle pressure load is kept low.
To accommodate built-in head amplifiers and equalizer amplifiers, consideration is given to the transmission system.
Litz wire with low high-pass loss is used for the wiring material, and each lead wire is designed to maintain a constant interval in order to keep the fluctuation of capacitance between simultaneous lines constant.
Head Amp Built-in head amp and equalizer amp that make full use of the head amp technology and amp design technology cultivated in the HA-55 and other products.
Since the first stage amplification is possible without using a phono code, high-fidelity sound quality is obtained with less high-frequency loss.
The tone arm has a non-resonance design that suppresses resonance caused by mounting looseness.
The vertical rotating shaft directly connected to the pipe and Jumonji, and the horizontal rotating shaft supported by the Longs pan are designed to increase sensitivity and eliminate mounting looseness. Resonance is also reduced by the high-strength bearing block.
In addition, improvements have been made to the connector, the arm and shell, and the shell and cartridge to improve sound quality.
The pipe arm is made of a laminate of carbon fiber and rigid aluminum alloy, which has features of light weight, high rigidity and high internal loss. As a result, the pipe arm has higher rigidity and less resonance than conventional pipes.
In order to prevent howling, the motor and arm are completely isolated from other parts, floating by aluminum casting, and suspended by a gel insulator from a fixed frame.
It uses a Luminous sensor type return mechanism that detects the movement of the needle tip without contact by a photoelectric device and returns it. This reduces the lateral pressure applied to the needle tip, which could not be removed by conventional mechanical methods, to 0, making it possible to race with light needle pressure.
The cartridge uses XL-55Pro with technologies such as the figure-8-shaped generator coil system.
It comes with a remote control unit and can be operated from a remote location.
