Commentary
A record player using a quartz PLL DC servo motor.
A quartz PLL DC servo hole motor is used as the drive motor.
The speed detection circuit of the XL 1650 uses a highly accurate method in which 200 poles are magnetized at equal intervals over the entire circumference of the lower surface of the rotor magnet, and an AC signal is generated by a print pattern coil with the same number of poles attached opposite to this, and this signal is integrated over the entire circumference. This is not affected by the magnetizing pitch or mounting accuracy.
In addition, we have adopted a brushless DC servo Hall motor that uses Pioneer's original Hall element for switching the magnetic pole of the motor (switching circuit), ensuring stability as well as a high SN ratio.
The auto return detection mechanism uses an optical system that uses cds.
This method detects and compares the amount of movement of the sound groove in one rotation of the record without contact and does not impair the sensitivity of the tone arm, so that the arm height can be adjusted.
In addition, a 2-motor system using a dedicated DC motor for arm drive realizes quick operation.
The tone arm uses a mass-concentrated S-shaped arm with a main weight close to the rotating shaft. In addition, it is combined with a high-sensitivity gimbal support bearing to achieve smooth tracing.
The cabinet adopts an aluminum die-cast cabinet with coaxial suspension (coaxial suspension system) with greatly improved howling characteristics, thus greatly improving howling characteristics.
We have adopted a MM type cartridge using a beryllium evaporated cantilever.
It adopts a front operation type layout in which main operation parts are arranged on the front panel.
