Commentary
A tape deck developed from a 2-track, 38 cm model to professional class.
The MX-5050 has eight variations, including 2-track stereo, 4-track stereo, 4-track 4-channel, and full-track mono. In both cases, the mechanical part is mounted on the same mount, and the amplifier part is mounted on the same mount or in two stages.
We have adopted a reel motor with spare capacity for Type 10 metal reel.
It uses a durable brake.
An orthodox single capstan drive system is adopted.
Edit operation is possible.
All the controls are logic operation and feather touch type.
It uses a full-scale rotation switch, allowing direct operation from FWD or RWD to PLAY (REC) MODE.
Uses Permalloy head.
Synchronous lip switch that can be played back by recording head allows simultaneous recording without time delay (multi-recording)
The SRL (reference level) switch allows the output level to be fixed regardless of the position of the OUTPUT volume.
Canon terminals are used for input / output connectors.
You can adjust the recording bias, recording equalizer and SRL level from the front of the amplifier.
An oscillator with a 1 kHz reference signal is built in for bias adjustment and CUE tone recording.
