NIKKO TRM-50

Commentary

This is the world's first all-IC preamplifier / amplifier except for power transistors.

A low-distortion epitaxial planar silicon power transistor developed by NIKKO is used for the output circuit.
In addition, the main amplifier driver IC (thick film integrated circuit) incorporates a 13-point resistor, capacitor and four transistors, excellent characteristics and high reliability.

The equalizer stage of the preamp section employs NIKKO Audio Linear IC, which was developed especially for the equalizer amplifier. In addition to achieving high performance, the change rate at -20 ℃ to + 85 ℃ is suppressed to ± 0.2%.

Two NIKKO Audio Linear ICs are used for the tone control part to ensure excellent characteristics.

コンペンセーテッド varistor is used for power supply voltage and temperature compensation.

An audio circuit breaker is used for the protection circuit.
This NW-type circuit protector is approved according to UL standard (USA) and CSA standard (CANADA), and has obtained high reliability.

It has the same size and design as the FM/AM tuner FAM-14.
