MIRAD A2000
¥ 570,000 (released in July 2007)
Commentary
As the second series of vacuum tube amplifiers, this is a low-cost stereo amplifier based on the concept of the SRA-M20.
The output power of 35W is obtained by operating EL34 in UL push-pull.
In addition, the drive circuit employs a direct-coupled differential circuit with independent right and left stabilizing power supplies, and by making fine adjustments exclusive to the A2000, low distortion and low crosstalk are achieved.
By supplying a large power supply to the power stage, low noise and large current supply capability are secured.
The chassis front and rear panels are made of thick aluminum plates, which are machined by machining centers, and each part is combined in a rational way to increase rigidity and reduce cost.
We often use the same parts as the SRA-M20 for the parts that affect sound quality.
